Yoram is currently the head of the Principals' Department in Beit Berl Teachers' College in Israel, and the chief editor of Educational Echoes (the largest educational magazine in Israel).Yoram earned a BA in history and philosophy, and an MA and PhD in education at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. In 2000-2001 he was a visiting scholar at the Harvard Graduate School of Education where he wrote his dissertation on teaching thinking. In 2003 he joined the faculty of the Mandel School for Educational Leadership and became director of the school.

The Third Model is implemented in an alternative classroom called The Community of Thinking. This framework is currently implemented in schools in Israel, England, Australia and New Zealand. He made us reflect and think about how children and we think!
